Well technically, taking HGH (Human Growth Hormone) can....WILL, actually decrease bodyfat and increase muscle mass in almost every average healthed human correct. Noticed your a nutritional writer and my wife is a Pro Figure Athlete so these topics come up ! That is the only thing that will work while being a couch potatoe.
