3. Within roughly 90 days from today?s date; take a legally responsible formal position with each of the Brokers on a case-by-case basis in regards to payouts, adjustments, indemnification, charge-backs and formal dealings with any fraudulent activities.
I am pretty sure you seen this, unless you have been under a rock........ and I also believe I have told you SEVERAL times that you will be paid for each and every honest minute. We have sent well over $250k out and still have some to send.
We have been sending money out like crazy and working feverishly to get the accounts thru the audits. If you have a clean account, you will get paid........... and if you don't..... well.......... you won't. It's that simple.
YOU do the math, we said it would all be taken care of within 90 days, and we made the announcement on the 25th of January....... so I am thinking we are still within our promise. AFTER this 90 days then we will be outside that promise and you can scream at me all you wish. ;)
