Thanks a lot Steve I'd like to take this oppurtunity out of your busy schedule (and mine) to ask a simple question since it relates to how I film. The question is, when you have a new girl do you pay her the day rate per shoot plus give her a % of the site? I ask because the single girl site I'm filming for and hope to be live soon I'm paying the girl per shoot money also giving her a % of the site. In the future I hope to pay girls either one or the other but depending on your answer it could be different.
