I would love to help out anyone looking for a new source of traffic, but unfortunately I have'nt sold any traffic for almost 4-5 months now I think. It initially started with a problem with the servers. Maybe some time soon I can start again, but for right now it's not my thing.
I can't say it's not kind of nice to see karma coming back around on turbo, after he severely attacked me when I first began selling traffic, accusing me of being some Dave guy (I think) and trying to rip people off when all I was trying to do was earn a decent buck.
After some time and conversation, though, I found out he was a pretty decent guy. So, in essence, it's bittersweet. I'm sorry this is happening to him, and I'm sorry for what he did, but I personally think he had it coming.
When one is constantly pointing the finger, there's eventually going to be someone pointing back. (Something for 12clicks to think about)
Perhaps sometime I'll start selling again, but the fact remains that webmasters rarely have any loyalty or respect, this industry is wrought with popularity contests and is always feeding off of itself with drama. To me it's very unproffessional, and it's hard to stay that way when people you interact with are not for the most part.
There are tons of my previous customers who will attest that I treat my clients like gold, and do my best. Problem is, you have to actually ask anyone in this business directly in order to get a positive response. The norm is usually that if you don't have anything negative to say, then say nothing at all. It's tiring, and I don't envy Turboface for what he has to go through.
Keep in mind it's not easy to serve the fickle webmaster community, and let's not be so quick to jump on the bandwagon.
