lol i love webmasters who are backed in the corner and try to use excuses,
if people cheated your program its your own fault for not having protection, thats not the trustworthy webmasters fault your program didnt turn out.
pay him or you are a scammer, its your own damn fault,
some people just dont belong in this business, no ethics at all, if you owe the man pay the man, it doesnt matter if your house burnt down, wife died, or you just plain cant run a program.
its just like someone borrowing you $10k and you lose it on Bre-X stock, its not the person's fault that Bre-X was a faulty company, stupid stupid webmasters will never get it.
