p4 3.06 1 gig ram and 120 gig hd
we can do $375 a month on level3/globalx/uunet blend for 10 megs
and if you add$100 i have a p3 machine that i can put on cogent for another 10 megs
if you're doing thumbnail and cogent is ok then i can do $300 for 20 megs
