Basic Design Concept Lesson Plan #1:
1. Your little preview windows are completely inconsistent... the frames don't match, some aren't solid, there's gaps between some, no gap between others, too many of them, and the pics are squashed and crappy.
2. The nav buttons are in an unusual location, making them difficult to find easily. The animation on the center button is boring and uninteresting.
3. Too much text, and too big. Condense it, size it down, or do something with it.
4. Whatever is behind this text is completely hidden by the fact that there's too much text over it and it's virtually black. Could be a fuckin' rhino back there for all I can see.
5. Could you find a worse pic to put in here? (don't answer that... I don't wanna know).... also, this pic is squashed.... not good. Also, you got previews running down both sides.... what the fuck is that extra one doing in the center at the bottom? It's out of place. Lose it.
6. If this is the logo, I wouldn't know it. It's boring and bland. Why is the logo at the bottom of the layout? Bad idea.
General Summation:
The whole thing is just about as square, bland, uninteresting, and dull as it can get. I don't think I could have made something that boring if I tried. You have a serious lack of color, overall balance, and any use of proper elementary technique. I strongly recommend you format c: and start over from scratch. Or maybe spend a few months studying some other sites and instead of worrying about how to make little sparkly things on the buttons, start worrying about how things needs to flow.
Sorry if this seems cold and harsh, but it's the truth, and I don't have time to blow smoke up your ass and tell you "good effort!", because it is clearly lacking in almost every aspect of good solid layout strategy and styling tactics.
Hope that helps.
