CCNow just sent me this:

Subject: Unplanned CCNow Outage
To: Innuity System Status <[email protected]>

-----------------------
CCNow recently experienced difficulty with the routing to our site
[www.ccnow.com] and our shopping carts for check out by consumers. This
issue is a result of an error made by our DNS vendor in redirecting the
traffic that was meant to go to the CCNow.com domain [including the CCNow
Home Site, the CCNow Administration Site and Shopping Cart Check-outs] to a
blank/under construction page hosted by a company called Verisign. We worked
quickly with the vendor to change the routing back to the correct route but
this change will take up to 24 hours to propogate throughout the Internet.
Based upon the information from our vendor, this propagation cycle should be
complete by 04/05/2002 2 a.m. CST. You and your customers will be able to
gain access to the CCNow site soon, the actual timing will depend on when
and where you or your customer are physically located and when your ISP has
updated their DNS registry.

This does not impact other operations within CCNow or its system. All
systems [including CCNow Home Site, the CCNow Administration Site and
Shopping Cart Check-outs and email system] are still live and active,
although the routing to the system has been compromised by the DNS issues.
We regret any incovenience this may have caused you or your customers.
