they gave them the weapons so they can help defend themselves against other nations. what do u think they gave these weapons away so they can go killing innocent ppl?
i was born in canada, and they were protecting i believe it was vietnamese in the south or something? if they didnt go over tons of vietnamese would have been killed. maybe u should pick up a history textbook...
