*Guess my lingerie contest*
Victorias Secret.com has their heads up their arses.
I ordered something two months ago - 2nd day air. Apparently they accidently switched item numbers on their site, so when it arrived they had sent a wrong, less expensive item, but they still charged me the full price of the item I ordered. This is the second time they've done this.
I called their 800 number to tell them what had happend and order the correct item which they again charged me for (they gave me free 7-10 day usps shipping). I sent back the wrong item but had to call them to get the postage credited to me because it cost $12.21 to ship it.
Two weeks later I get the credit on my card, about the time the correct item finally shows up. But when they got my return instead of posting the full credit to my card they charged me AGAIN for the resent item.
Here's the clencher....
I emailed them to tell them they made ANOTHER mistake, and said I'm looking forward to the wonderful way they're going to handle it to keep this long time customer....
They credited me back the repeat charge for the item with an EXTRA PENNY!
So I emailed them back saying they had insulted me beyond belief and I would never return to their site. I get a response saying they're sending me a $15.00 gift credit for my frustration (not for their mistake, for my frustration).
So the first person to correctly guess the item I had originally ordered - color and style - gets the credit mailed to them once I receive it. Oh, and I reccomend going INTO a Victoria's Secret store with it to avoid this crap happening to you as well.
