Anyone know if a wireless network adapter exists with a cat 5 cable connection?

Let says the wireless adapter connects to your computer by USB and there is a slot on it for a network cable which you can plug into something such as another computer or a vonage phone system.

Couldn't find anything on eBay, not sure what the correct keywords would be. Thanks to anyone who can help
