As far as closing the sites down via the jackboot of the Feds, they should have to be doing something actually illegal first. Reprehensible isn't the same as illegal, unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you view it. I think the industry can drive them out of business by applying economic pressure, and I would hope that's the first tack we take.

Once a Federal legal juggernaut on porn gets rolling, you might find yourself in the famous "be careful what you wish for" situation.
