Doesn't ICQ store your contact list on their servers now? I reformatted recently, reinstalled ICQ, and during setup just did existing user, typed in my UIN and password and my entire contact list popped up seconds later.. it just doesn't save your history logs..
Maybe its only with the newer versions, I dunno.
