There are many out there, like Sex Swap for instance, but which ones are the best?

I have played around with banner exchange scripts and there are ways to play around with a bunch of variables that can end up kinda screwing the people involved exchanging the banners - ie not having true ratios and the ability to put their banners in the rotation more than they should.

I would like to see what banner exchanges you guys find to be most productive and trusted.
