Atleast you guys can still find musical variety in your bars and clubs. Here it has become 99% latin america pop (they even stopped playing hiphop). I can find about 3 places that will play alternative/rock/metal and maybe 2 that still play hiphop/rap.

What makes this music worse, is they simply replay the SAME SONGS over and over in the same night. Last night I was at a outdoor festival and heard the same 1-hour set looping over 8 hours. If you don't have enough music to cover your time, why not try playing different types of music? Daaaamn

Another thing is 50% of the 'hits' they play, have their beats blatantly stolen from early 90s dance songs. C&C Music Factory, Real McCoy, etc.....should come down here and sue their asses. Maybe that will make them try putting a little effort in.

Lyrics are somehow even worse, as the current craze is a song about pumping gasoline (hopefully used as a metaphor to something else atleast)
