C. Licensee must have access or ability to acquire unique MILF content.
LICENSING TERMS:
1. MILFSTER.COM domain name will be licensed exclusively for 4 years.
2. Licensee will compensate licensor with a royalty of 10% of the gross sales of the MILFSTER.COM website, gross sales being defined as revenue minus chargebacks. Think of the domain owner Licensor as a "super affiliate."
3. MILFSTER.COM will be promoted along with Licensee's other adult websites.
4. MILFSTER.COM website will go live within 90 days of an agreement.
