That being said, we broker Naughty Mail's lists. NM is owned by Python and Python has a great reputation and so does NM.

If you take the time to go to http://naughtymail.com and subscribe, you will see that it is DOUBLE OPT-IN. The $2,500 minimum test is not set in stone. The thing about these lists that is cost effective is that we do not charge per email. We only charge on a CPC model. So, you only pay on a surfers action.
