The situation is all so common. If you have the model releases and 2 ID's you OWN the images. If your model release notes "electronic distribution rights" you have no worries about using the images on the website.
The most common scenario we see in content is using images 15 years old and the now husband realizes its his WIFE! There is nothing they can legally do, and its to bad so sad for them. Alot of college girls do this for extra cash and almost always regret the "shoot" as they mature :-)
