I'm not the nice guy type...I'd tell her to get fucked...
she had no problems coming to you when she needed cash and posed nude for you....now suddenly she has a boyfriend and wants them down....tough shit...I'm a prick, I'd charge her 10x what you paid....and then I'd remind her boyfriend that she is already on the internet and those pics just simply can't be "taken back"
this is why I hate dealing with "talent"......it's turned me from "the nice guy" to "the raging prick"....fucking flaky chicks who hardly ever show up on time and have issues when they do or the suitcase pimp/boyfriend bugging them.........
situations like this are why we offer a 2 hour cool down period for a model to back out and we explain that once she signs the release and takes the money, there is NO going back...we also warn of the obligatory mother, family, daddy, etc. bullshit that could follow......
I would contact an attorney and make sure your release is bulletproof....then tell her "tough shit".....look at the pics of celebrities that re-surface after all these years and there is nothing they can do about it..and they even have GOOD attorneys....
You have her on videotape agreeing, so she can't claim she was forced...this is why when my partner does the shoots, everything is videotaped (not in a content manner, but in a "documenting the shoot" and covering the proverbial ass manner)
