It is interesting to see that a judge has already defined iBill's problems as being of their own making. That *could* be useful at a future stage.
I've got a fair amount of stuff re Ibill now which proves beyond any doubt that they have lied and/or intentionally set out to decieve clients - the "concrete" part comes from third parties with good reputations and who have no axe to grind, but can say a lot that ends up meaningful. I smell the day is nearing to use this, - in fact, it's probably well overdue.
Let's see what other broken promises appear on the CMI today, tho ya can anticipate what that will say :-)
The odds are in the 90% range that iBill is a fraudulent corp that used the funds of others to stay afloat plus some other shit I'm not gonna say here, least at this time. They deserved to be jailed - but that's up to a jury :-)
