OK.. that repetitive and now boring update time has come and gone.

The "update" is printed below:

Quote:
Payout Update 01/26/05
EU Payout Update
As previously stated, we have established a relationship with Credit Suisse and we are moving forward with the steps necessary to complete the process of setting up a bank account. Please be assured that we have every intention of paying our clients as soon as the Credit Suisse account is setup and the funds are received from our European processor. Please check back on Wednesday February 2, 2005, for another update.

US Payout Update
At this time we are not in a position to provide a date on outstanding US Payouts. As soon as we have more information an update will be provided. Again, we have every intention of paying our clients.
This is NOT an update on anything and was clearly composed by the guy who cleans iBill office floors.

Can iBill get someone to write an update without a load of assurances, if's and when's. The ONLY thing that matters are simple facts, - not what you claim to be your "intentions". I don't trust any intentions you have - you can't be trusted and have proven this.

Try answering this - tho fat chance of any response:

(a) Specifically, what is the bank you alledge to be negotiating with? Try and get the name correct on the next update - it is not "Credit Suisse". (Any officer of iBill knows damned fine what I'm referring to.)

(b) Specificially when is this mythical bank going to open an account to enable you to allegedly pay "our clients"??

(c) "funds are received from our European processor"

Which processor is that??? You mean the shell used to process on your behalf in the EU or are you now claiming some third party does processing on your behalf??

(d) "At this time we are not in a position to provide a date on outstanding US Payouts."

Simple question... Why are you not in a position to make US payouts?
Do not attempt to raise the old First Data issue - you have been collecting funds for months afterwards. Where is the money?

The about questions will of course not be answered, - much the same as iBill clients never get a straight answer - on almost any subject. But, these are questions others will be asking shortly.

For anyone with a valid reason who wishes to contact Galanis in the vague hope he is capable of speaking without lying, here are his contact details:
