I wasn't too upset when I thought it was an honest accident, now we know the pilot disobeyed orders and drops the bombs when told not to.
KILL HIM

I feel sure it was some very bad miscommunication..
that these troops got killed amd myself am very sorry. But according to the pilot people on the ground were firing at
him and he thought his life was in danger and in this case HE can fire back regardless of what he was commanded to
do.... And that's the rules of engagement.
Unless you have been in a live fire (what ever they can it now days) war playing... You really should not jump to
conclusion.... Believe me it's like nothing you ever seen... And yes they do play war at times with LIVE ammo (which
they were doing in this case)...
When I was in the Army we had 'em and our own troops killed or wounded each other at times.
We had troops every year when we had an big Airborne drop that were killed, got dropped miles from the DZ, dropped
in the Sea once, got dropped in 40 MPH wind once.... Got dropped in a Grape Vineyard once at night... Now these are
just a few accidents I can recall and was very close to or happened to me or very close to me Back in the dark ages..
