Good luck Ken, there are definitely some out there. Though I think the real winners will require at least a bit of development, if someone could make 12k a month off a domain doing nothing why would they sell it for 300k? (the reverse of your thinking)

If you had 100x the money to spend you could pick up craigslist.com now valued at $400m
