i am with 12clicks on this one. france is probably the most proud nation in the world. yet, in WW2, it took the nazis less than 24 hours to take the entire country, and instead of resistance, what the french people oferred was a government of colaboration with the nazis (Vishi).
if it wasn't for the Brits and later the Americans - the proud french people would speak german today...
france is the world anti-semitic capital today. there are more anti-semitic violence in france today than there has been in pre WW2 Nazi Germany. this is BEFORE these elections, so don't give me this 28% didn't go to vote.
a nation that accepts and incourages hate for minorities should not be surprised that it turns Nazi.
stop being so naive. you had some revolutions in the past. i think it's time for another one. instead of being proud for proud-sake, make a revolution and be proud for a reason.
