OK, it's a little spammy, but....
Just wanted to let everyone know that we've dropped the conversion ratio requirements for the topcash program. We're now paying 2 cents per exit/404 unique, 4 cents per unique from blind links and 6 cents per banner unique, regardless of your traffic's conversion ratio.
