A North American selling access to pictures of those
under the age of 18 is a crime. I don't care what
Holland's rules are, YNOT is based in the U.S.A.
Also since this is in print, it would be libel, not slander.
However since it's Club Seventeen's practice is to
promote they have 17 year old girls on their site,
my statement would considered "Qualified Privilege"
or "Absolute Privilege" and taking it to court would
likely result in a criminal investigation of the plaintiffs.
