I am in my late sixties, I spent over thirty years in the Army, I fought in Korea twice, Vietnam three times, and probably have more purple hearts then you have in years. I don't whine about anything. I state facts.
Fact: What ever your age is, you are immature, seem to be a very emotional type, and are totally unprofessional as a business person.
My CC holder has temporarily refunded my money to my account while they investigate. I personally think you put up the disclaimer after I asked for a refund, but because of it I really don't expect to get a permanent refund. When a purchase is made using a third party payment system, it is difficult to get a refund. I will not use a third party payment system again.
I asked you a question which you have yet to answer: "Am I correct in this assumption?"
