but you're the one that asks for a chargeback. i find it hard to believe that they would even think about allowing you to dispute the charge based on what you've said here.
you need an actual reason and not 'i didn't read the page to know exactly what i was buying.' whats there to dispute? you bought it and the script works.
he can go after you for the money and also the chargeback fee. you get his product for free and he ends up paying the chargeback fee? makes a lot of sense.
you should take a little responsibility for your own stupidity for not fully reading the page. you're in the adult industry and you should know what kind of an effect chargebacks are having. tons of people do the exact same thing and in the end it just ends up fucking everyone.
