Pathfinder, you most likely won't get the chargeback/refund you're asking for..even if you didn't go thru Paypal. I think they usually do an investigation of the complaint..but once they are done and know you received the product, it wasn't misrepresented (even though he made it sound like it's the shit when it's not) and the product works, they would deny your refund. A chargeback isn't something they do lightly unless it is for a porn membership ; ) He shouldn't have to pay a chargeback fee and have that on his account because you made a rash decision.
And linkwhateveryournameis.. what makes you think someone would want to take time out of their life to come see your sorry ass in person? I live in Vegas and wouldn't drive down the street to waste time on you..dork!
