Weird you can find a million places in China to fuck, and the police don't give a shit - but you aren't supposed to do naughty things on the internet.
While most of Chinas population is poor, the facts are: they have the second highest % of internet users. Anyone on the internet must own a computer and have some money.
The largest problem is their lack of CC.
Would dialers be an option to tap the China market or is best to just ignore those surfers?
I'm wondering because, with the help of some people I know, I could build Chinese language sites. Is it worth the effort?
