1)Yes or NO, does any of your programs come with coolwwwsearch in them in any sort of way.
2)Yes or No, do any of your pages or any of your programs try to install loader.ocx with or with out permission of the user? Is this code up for use inside your affiliate program?
I think it's pretty safe to say, you are involved with spyware, which you call add supported software. I have no problems with that, if the user knows about it before installing.
Real Player does it, Goggle Tool bar does it, the diffrence is they both make it very clear in bold writing that this in included in their software. It's right there where you can't miss it.
However my guess is you have this in your user agreement, but it's buried under 500 words of text in small print. Hence you are technically legal, but the adverage surfer has no clue that you are installing spyware.
