There is a rumour originating from a well known source that Visa will not allow the new cvv2 CC number suffixes to be stored by merchants. This means that there can be no rebilling without input from the cardholder. Visa will require all Internet transactions to use the cvv2 code.

Can any of the billing companies comment on this?
