If I ran a newspaper and ther wer ads for "excorts" am I repsonisble for this even if I am unaware? You bet I am. Look up the law. Anyone that would claim ignornace is probally ingorant. It's HIS program you can't seriously tell me he's unaware of the type of ads he has running. If so then he's a VERY VERY poor businessman.
