this is why it is just a rumor
your not going to stop fraud or any other bs from some cvv2 number
some hacker will still break into a cc database, grab all the infos, then post them all over the place. revealing even more private pin codes and information.
the heads at visa, mc, etc. all know this and i highly doubt they would move on that type of protection
i rest my case..
