Mitch is correct and Ill tell you why.... If you can get amerchant account, which is easy as long as you are from the us and have decent credit (even bad credit will get you one with a reserve) Visa (or MC) trust you as the merchant to make a judegement call. That "call" would be; do you want short term success or a long term processing history based on integrity. If the chargebacks roll in, then your days processing CC's will be a short lived (perhaps profitable) excursion for you.

On adult sites, cvv2 should be required. All rebills STILL will have customer IP's and other relevent info logged giving you as the merchant, some leverage when charges are disputed.

I know its hard when someone speaks the truth... but when and if this myth turns to fact, I can promise you the ones affected will be 3rd party processors, and not your cable company or your phone company.....

I respect the 3rd party business model as a cash cow... they'll take upwards of 10% from you for the convenience. But, maybe this is at the expense of the industry (adult and non-adult) as a whole.
