What kind of deal is usually cut between the producer and/or owner of single girls sites and the model that would keep her reliable to her own site & continue returning for production? As we all know talent is flaky and they're all about the cash. Are they paid up front? Is a contract worked out for percentages of sales and she works under deferred payment of percentages? If paid in % what is the usual split?
