First off, you have a mistake (?) in the 1st or 2nd point. "#1: Surfer signs up for a user name and password via the script. " - the surfer provides the username and password, but then your 2nd point states: "#2: Surfer is auto E-mailed user name and and random password via the script" - it then generates a password? Didn't the user specify it?

Anyways, you could try hotscripts.com. If you dont find anything useful there, I can create a custom script for you in Perl/CGI. If you're interested in talking further, hit me up on ICQ - 111333.
