13. Just how much real estate do you own/controll? Value? Where is it?
I like real estate, its a nice way to diversify, but even with property manages its a pain in the fucking ass ! hahahahh
I have been very blessed to be at the right place at the righ time on this..
Though I think we are due for a decline in prices over the next few years.
