Around $1 per GB sounds fair I think.
Not many users can use clusters though.
Traffic trade scripts wont work that well with it since the difference in stats.
People that hos so important things that need a multihomed system is probably not interested in sharing their server with anyone else. Go for dedicated multihomed servers instead.
