and I don't know what's all the celebration about.. sure 4,500 mexicans defeated a french army of 6,500 soldiers.. a big accomplishment for a country that was in debt and political chaos.. they forget to mention that a year later Napoleon III sent 30,000 troops deposing the mexican army and installing an Austrian Archduke as the emperor of Mexico lol.. (good thing it only lasted 3 years)
