whether others are trying to do the same thing you are or not does not really matter.....

what matters is if they are capable of being as good as you are. If the competitor does not get it like you do, just because they duplicate your product should not be something to worry about.

The key is to stay focused and do what you do best without getting scattered.

Discipline to not get greedy and get unfocused. (which i can admit i need to get more discipline of).
