1) I wonder how releasing the names to the 'net BEFORE his sentencing will effect the decision? I'd say he's looking at the full 5 years.

2) When he gets out he's going to have a nice lawsuit waiting for him. Luckily he'll be barred from touching a PC for another 5 yrs --- so those waiting in line after the slamdunk lawsuit wins will probably be sharing in garnishees from the $5.50/hr he'll make at McDonald's.

3) I'm sure he's released the other hacked address books: Demi Moore, etc.

4) T-Mobile is going to win big with all this free press. Should help settle the lawsuits they'll get hit with.
