not on all of them. I saw one guy who said that if you send him $250 he will buy a psp and mail it back to you. He would make some cash and he had a list of people that said he had sent theres but I didnt want to just give 250 away and they are gonna be 250 when they are released in march anyway plus the will play region 1 stuff
