Can one of you server/hosting people please explain to me
why Cogent bandwidth is supposedly so bad?
I hear it all the time. Cogent bandwidth blows. But I haven't seen anyone give an actual reason why other than the price.
Does anyone know? Or do people just say it because it's cheap?
