Even if it was in your house and you didnt see them, you can still be arrested and housed for at least 35 days if the person who saw oyu wants to press charges. After 35 days you get a court date a few weeks later. Then you get to be housed until that court date if you arent able to pay the fine of $2000 for a class a misdimeaner. Look it up, you county laws should be online like mine are. So now you play the waiting game to see if the police come after you. The law wasnt clear on how long they have to report you. I am sure its a few weeks, if not more.
