I think $2000 a month for nothing is pretty good. If the site is going to stay up and continue to make cash, I'd offer her something more or different in terms of percentage. But I'd also do this quietly and make her sign something to keep the negotiations terms a secret.

Think in terms of the Lakers... They are fucked and are holding on to the last playoff spot by a thread. Yes, even you can go from Millionair to less than zero in a year or two.
