I posted this here to test the waters, and see if maybe I'm too close to the issue and not seeing things clearly. But the responses here have helped me conclude that I'm not being unfair to her here.
And according to my attorney, she won't be able to touch the name Tawnee Stone without permission, it is a registered trademark of Lightspeed Media.
