I agree...someone will pick her up. Though I don't agree with paying her what you mentioned Pipe since she doesn't want to include herself in the most basic operations such as updating her journal, cam shows, etc. Small as it seems, it's the little things like that that can have a heavy affect on her surfer following/retention. Sure, Steve can pay someone $10 an hour to do it for her, but then it's the principle of the matter; paying her 2k a month while paying someone else as well to do the work that she should be doing. Bottom line is if Steve is going to lose her, whether it's today or a year from now, it's all the same. The only difference is, Steve will be out $24k if he waits a year.
I would let her go Steve. The deal is done...it's just a matter of how long you want to prolong it..today, or a year from now. You had your run with her, be done with it and concentrate on bigger and better things.
And the "who made who" is in the past and doesn't matter. As of now, you are an established company with a Grade 'A' affiliate program. The only thing you have time for is growing your company. In the grand scheme of things, as much as it might seem you're losing a part of yourself (or even a part of your business) since she's been with you since the beginning, it's done...you've done all you can. Just keep growing, keep scouting, and learn from it.
