My advice would be to pay her a little more. If she's smart, your lawyer fees will exceed the difference in the amount you'd need to pay her for another year. Pay her $3/4K a month and collect even more shoots to be used in the future and maximize the brand even more.
The last thing you want is Tawnee20.com... (see my other posts about the trademark issue, she can totally go for it and, like I said, you will end up paying big $$ in lawyer fees trying to stop her from doing so). Just my 2 cents.
