It's not a lot of money to somebody netting millions. Bringing in millions and having millions in profit are quite different. I don't know Steve's books so he'll have to be the judge whether he's being a cheap ass or not. If he is, then he will lose because it would be better to keep her by payng her extra pocket change.

Isn't Steve the same guy that buys his employees nice expensive sports cars? It would seem to me he's quite fair. But again, I don't know the financial side and he'll have to do what he knows is right. If he's undercutting her and/or can spare to pay more, he would be better to pay her some more and keep her on board. I also say he asks her parents to talk to her. They want what's best for their girl and they know she makes good money and they probably know that it won't be easy for her to find something else that pays so well.

$10k for a few hours each month is a lot of money.
